October is just around the corner and fall is definitely in the air. The birds are going to bed much earlier, around 7:30 now, and voluntarily at that. All I have to do is close the door and they are in their shelters for the night. The next two weeks will be spent weaning lambs, worming, shearing the Angoras, and setting up winter housing for the animals. Hopefully, the snow won't come until the November this year, but the leaves are certainly all changing colour and it is very pretty. The race is on to get things done before it just gets too cold and the snow arrives.
