I love Icelandic sheep! They were part of the flock for quite a few years. Tough, strong and hardy, they provide an amazing fleece of 2 types of wool, a soft undercoat and a long over coat. Spun together with some springy Romney, this Lopi style twisted single bulky yarn is perfect for heavy sweaters, mittens and hats. It makes a great thick wool sock too! Natural warm greyish tone. Limited quantity.
