Sharon, a Boer/Pygmy cross and her two wether kids accompanied Niki Sheep, aka, Little Lamby, and her two lambies, to a new home today. There are three young teenage girls living at that home and they are excited to have lambs and goat kids to love and cuddle. Little Lamby came for a weekend originally, a cute little rejected lamb given to a friend to bottle feed, but he was not much interested in bottle feeding, so Little Lamby stayed at The Fat Ewe Farm. This year she has tiwns from two different rams, Eric, the Icelandic and Walter, the Cotswold. She is an excellent mother and still the sweet gentle little lamb I held in my arms when she was new born. Good bye Sharon and Niki. I am glad you are going to a home where you will be loved. Sometimes it is nice to see the back end of a loved animal leaving the farm.
Fluffy writes daily about the experiences on the farm and with the bed and breakfast patrons.
