Some folks advised me to put him down. I cannot see why he will not get better though. I just don't know what is wrong with him.
But after a month on his own with the rams and no further interventions from me, he is gaining a little weight from grass only and is more responsive and seemingly happier. I am crossing my fingers for a full recovery to make him better than he has been since I ever owned him. He has a lot of years of breeding left and he produces the finest, absolutely best lambs, large and with beautiful wool coats. Thanks for sticking it out Walter!
